Excellent
I am mega happy with this lever, I'm using it on a naija stick, I had to file some plastic nubs under the bonnet, but hardly an obstacle. I highly recommend this to any Tekken player, especially if you play mishima type.

Good for Tekken and the occasional 2d fighter
I've used this lever for a little over 6 months in my Venom Arcade Stick (EU Mayflash F300) and I can generally say I've been satisfied with it. Compared to the standard lever that came with my arcade stick, this one feels very high quality. Playing Tekken with it is great, the quick return to neutral is very good for KBD and wavedashing. I’ve also played Guilty Gear Strive, Blazblue CentralFiction and various other 2d games with it, but for these I felt this stick was not as good as it was for Tekken. For example, hitting up+forward or up+back on this stick is pretty hard since there is no gate and the tension of the 35a grommet makes it more challenging to move the stick quickly in those directions. Things like 720s or more and super jump cancels are super hard to impossible to do on this stick as well. So before buying it, you should ask yourself if you only want to play Tekken or if you want to play 2d games as well. Since if you want to play more than just Tekken, I’d maybe look at something like a Sanwa JLF or if you really want a K-lever maybe look at getting the 25a tension grommet.

Probably the best available K-Lever you can get in Europe
If you live in Europe and you wanna try out a K-Lever, you really can't get around to a 309MJ. It's the perfect introduction for K-Lever beginners since the availablity and the ease of installment isn't really prevelant in other K-Levers in Europe. As for grommets: I suggest getting a 35. It might feel a bit on the heavier side of things especially for beginners, however after a while it will feel much looser. But if you're still unsure, just get the other grommets as well and try it out what best fits you. That being said, it's great and reasonably priced Lever.

Korean Sticks feel good
Being my first Korean lever, I can only compare it to my Hori Hayabusa and Sanwa JLF levers. The increased tension, quick return to neutral & gateless design of the Crown are instantly noticeable in comparison and a welcome positive when playing 3D type fighting games such as VF5/Tekken where singular dash type inputs are used more frequently. I found it still performed well in a 2D fighting game (tested on SFIII - 3rd Strike Online edition) but imagine the gateless design might not be for some as you cannot feel those familiar hard flat surfaces and corners of a square/octagonal gate. Glad I purcashed this stick and love how easily it fitted within my Venom stick with no extra cutting. Recommended.

Great Quality lever
Personally I don't like the feel of a Korean leaver but I can still attest to the quality of this product. AWUK are always fast with shipping, and pack their products correctly to avoid any further damage. Coming from an sanwa JLF this feels kind of "mushy" in the corners. I understand that some people prefer the Korean lever and for doing electrics in Tekken it is noticeably more consistent on the JLF. I installed this into my hori rap 4 with no issues besides having to bend the pins on one side slightly to get them to fit in the case but that didn't affect the action of the leaver in any way. If you're unsure if you like Korean levers or not I'd recommend this due to the price point and ease of installation.

Crown Lever!
The Crown lever takes some getting used to but is worth every single second. Movement on tekken with a Crown is so much smoother than a JLF. I tried everything to get my JLF as buttery smooth as the Crown lever and nothing came close. Diagonals are a little weird to pull off at first, but you will get used to them. The Gersung microswitches that come with these can be a little bit inconsistent since mine came with 2 stiffer ones and 2 softer ones which was a bit weird. Other than that this stick is really nice.

Best was to try Korean
This stick is superb. If you play tekken and you wanna try korean sticks but don't want to pay 200€+ shipping for an omni or other expensive imported korean arcade sticks, this is the only option you got. That doesn't mean it's a bad option. No not at all. Crown levers are really really good. Wave dashing as well as backdash cancel feels good with these. Much better than with the JLF (which I love btw), at least for my taste.

Good Responsive Stick
The 309 ST 25 is a very smooth and responsive joystick, compared to the 303 FK it is has lighter tension, which may take some getting used to if you're familiar with higher tension sticks. Its feels somewhat like a mix between the JLF and the 303 FK in my opinion. Diagonal response is better than that of the 303 FK and the "gate-less"/circular motion of the stick gives it a very smooth feel. I'd recommend this stick to those that are used to Japanese joysticks and are new to Korean joysticks.
