This tension grommet is compatible with the CROWN CWL 303, 307 and 309 series of joysticks and is available in 3 options: low tension, medium tension or high tension.

These grommets feature varying tensions:
White - ST-25 Low Tension
Blue - ST-35 Medium Tension
Red - ST-45 High Tension
