I got one of these gems for my Snk neogeo arcade stick pro mod. I also got a Seimitsu Octagonal gate and it feels amazing and great for combos and special moves ( The last blade 2 ).
I gave my friend a go and could not believe how great the stick felt compared to his over expensive ps4 arcade stick.
I had to google how to swap the shaft cover but once learnt it's no problem.
It would need an ~1mm oversize actuator, but I can't find any no matter how hard I google. It kinda rattles a tiny bit before getting contact with the microswitches. It plays really good though, if you can get past the feeling. The short throw mod is a plus. Octagonal gate also a plus, it's a bit smoother and doesn't give the same clear feedback as the ones for Sanwa, but it's better than square/round, definitely. All-in-all I actually like my Sanwa JLF copies better..They feel tighter and has no erroneous actuation. Even with 30mm ball this joy is a bit finicky, sometimes double actuatues unless you really puch thorugh all the way.
I don't know a lot about fight sticks but I've got this one based off reading a load of forums and it's great. It's much better than the cheep one you get with the kit but I can't really compare it to much else.
