Overview
The NC70 is the ultimate high volume bank-grade banknote counter. With its 2 pocket design, the NC70 performs high-speed non-stop counting. This enables it to rapidly sort out denominations, currencies and counterfeits as well as sort by face & orientation. The NC70 also has a unique built-in printer which saves space, clutter & cables.

Thanks to it’s state-of-the-art dual CIS sensors, it counts mixed-notes for the most advanced currencies such as US dollar. It can even count 4 mixed currencies all at once! It guarantees the best of the best accuracy hence its 100% accurate counterfeit detection certified by the Bank of England. Unique features such as serial number scanning, automatic currency recognition & its included external display prove its high capability.

The NC70’s full colour display with its quick menu allows easy navigation to its various features. The top loading hopper enables continuous counting while counting at high speed (1,200 notes/min). Its unique top & back cover also enables easy & straightforward cleaning. Batch counting allows you to quickly prepare deposits, single denomination counting can be used for all currencies & count reports can be easily exported to a PC.

Mixed Denomination Value Counting
Simply place your unsorted (or sorted) banknotes on the hopper and the NC70 will automatically recognise the currency and start counting. The NC70 scans & reads denominations in any orientation. It will display the total value & quantity counted and also report the breakdown per denomination. The NC70 also has the capability to count vouchers, tickets and sorted banknotes in any currency.

The NC70 has the unique ability to count up to 4 mixed currencies all at once so there is no need to sort your currencies beforehand. The NC70 dual CIS technology enables it to value count even the most advanced currencies.

Unique Built-In Printer
The NC70 has a built-in thermal printer (no ink required). Not only does this save space, clutter & cables, it also comes at no extra cost. Print your count report quietly & in a matter of seconds. It uses standard thermal printer paper & 2 printer rolls are included to get you started.

The NC70 prints the full counting report including each denomination and the grand totals. It can also print the list of banknote serial numbers that have been counted. To make administration easy - the date, time & currency is shown on every report. Alternatively you can view the reports on the display.

2 Pockets For Non-Stop Counting
Thanks to its dual pocket design the NC70 can continuously count & sort at maximum speed without stopping. It also provides a detailed report explaining why each banknote was rejected. The NC70 has many unique sorting functions:

Denomination Sorting: Sorts mixed banknotes into their separate denominations. Recount the banknotes till all your denominations are sorted. Ideal for bank deposits and cash drawers.

Counterfeit Sorting: Never stop counting for counterfeit, suspect or damaged banknotes.

Currency Sorting: Sort out the currency you require.

Face Sorting: Sort your banknotes so that they are all facing the same way.

Orientation Sorting: Sort your banknotes so that they are all the right way up.

100% Accurate Counterfeit Detection*
The NC70 simultaneously counts & verifies your banknotes. If a counterfeit is detected the NC70 will automatically off-sort the banknote into the rejection pocket without stopping the count. A detailed report explains why each banknote was rejected.

Central banks such as the Bank of England have a vast knowledge of counterfeiting techniques. To keep pace with counterfeiters, the NC70 is regularly tested at Central Bank’s using their latest counterfeit and authentic banknotes.

Each and every time the NC70 successfully identifies all counterfeit and authentic banknotes, guaranteeing 100% accurate counterfeit detection.

The NC70 accurately value counts at high speed (1,200 banknotes per minute) enabling you to eliminate human error, simplify your cash handling process and save time. Advanced infrared sensors ensure maximum counting accuracy & reliability.

The counting speed is adjustable to cater for different conditions of banknotes. You can therefore select between 3 speed settings:

Scans & Records Serial Numbers
The NC70 uses not 1, but 2 of the latest CIS sensors, allowing it to scan serial numbers on both sides of each banknote, therefore banknotes can be inserted in any orientation.

Serial numbers are useful for financial records and when you need an audit trail. To make your administration easy, you can export the full detailed list of all the scanned serial numbers to a PC using our free ZZap Banknote Counting Software. Alternatively the serial number report can be printed via the built-in printer, just press print.

Automatic Currency Identification
Thanks to its CIS sensors the NC70 will automatically recognise the currency. No buttons to press. This enables maximum efficiency, particularly if you regularly deal with multiple currencies.

High Capacity Continuous Feeding
The NC70 money counter is engineered and tested for high volume, error-free counting. It features a top loading hopper that is easier to use, has a larger banknote capacity and allows you to add banknotes to the hopper while it runs, for continuous counting.

Batch Counting & Add Functions
Preparing bank deposits, cash drawers & currency straps has never been easier. Simply input a batch quantity and the NC70 will automatically pause counting each time it counts that quantity.

The add function allows you to add different stacks of banknotes together. Ideal for keeping track of the total counting result across individual runs. The add and batch function can be used at the same time for maximum efficiency.

Export Results & Download Free Updates
To make your administration even easier, you can export your counting report & serial number report to a PC using our free ZZap Banknote Counting Software.

New banknotes issued? No problem. The NC70 has integrated USB, SD card & RS-232 update ports so you can easily download updates. Currency updates and instructions can be downloaded, free of charge from our website. We work with Central Banks to ensure the update is available before the new banknote enters circulation.

Count & Verify All Currencies
As well as counting unsorted banknotes, the NC70 also counts sorted banknotes for all currencies & denominations. Thanks to its high specification sensors, the NC70 can use up to 5 counterfeit detections for any currency. Fully adjustable counterfeit detection also offers maximum flexibility for future currency technology.

The unique full colour LCD display clearly displays everything you need to know while the quick menu provides easy access to the NC70’s many advanced features. It even displays the detailed breakdown of your counting, serial number & rejected banknote reports.

Rogue Currency & Denomination Detection
The NC70 can detect rogue currencies that have been mistakenly put in your stack. It can also detect rogue denominations that have been mistakenly put in sorted banknotes. If a rogue banknote is detected it automatically off-sorts it into the top pocket without stopping. No manual checking, no time wasted.

Bank Grade & Easy Maintenance
The NC70 is a heavy duty professional-grade banknote counter. Unlike typical sensors, it uses state-of-the-art contact image sensors (CIS), enabling it to scan every detail such as colour, image & serial number. It uses not 1, but 2 CIS sensors, enabling it to scan both sides of the banknote.

The back & top cover both open to allow easy maintenance access, no tools are required. Using the provided brush you can remove any dust & dirt in seconds. The automatic self-diagnostic also ensures you are alerted to any required maintenance.

Dust Cover, Customer Display & Maintenance Kit
Unlike many manufacturers the NC70 includes unique accessories. The provided customer display shows the counting result, allowing the customer to view the results in real time. Simply plug it into your NC70 and you’re set.

A maintenance kit is also included for fast simple cleaning. Finally, the provided custom dust cover is the perfect complement to your NC70, it fits exactly as it should, shielding the sensors from dust build up.

Automatic or Manual Start
Simplicity at its best; place the banknotes in the hopper and watch the NC70 start & stop counting automatically. Alternatively, manual start is always available.

We offer a market leading 3 year extended warranty for most* of our products. To claim your 3 year warranty you must register your product with us (details below). If you do not register your product, it will be covered by a 2 year warranty.

Products that are damaged by the user through misuse of the product, will not be covered under the ZZap warranty. For example if the user tries to count foreign coins/objects, any resulting damage will not be covered under warranty. Operating instructions are described in every user manual provided. Product registration
We hope you enjoy your ZZap product! To register your product, log into you’re existing ZZap account (or create one) at www.zzap.com, then click the “My Products” link and follow the instructions. To receive the 3 year extended warranty your product must be registered within 30 days of purchase. The extended warranty begins on the date of purchase.

Warranty claims
If in the unlikely event your product needs to be repaired; get in touch via our contact page. We require ‘proof of purchase’ which clearly displays the purchase date e.g. a payment receipt, order confirmation email, etc, in order to process your claim. If your product is under warranty, we will repair it free of charge. Our expert in-house team will professionally repair your product in the shortest possible time.

UK warranty claims: postage and packaging costs are shared; the customer is responsible for postage & packaging costs to seller and the seller is responsible for postage and packaging costs back to the customer.

Warranty claims outside of the UK: the customer is responsible for inbound and outbound postage and packaging costs.
