This GT-8F gate is compatible with the Sanwa JLF series joysticks:

The GT-8F gate is NOT compatible with the Sanwa JLW series joysticks.

Great for shmups, better than octagonal.

Just the quality you'd expect from Sanwa
Just to set the premise this is an amazing product. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 star is because the gate isn't one solid piece it does wear down after prolonged use and you'll notice a little bit of "slip" in your diagonal inputs.
But because these are so cheap you can just buy like 3 and that'll do you a year of use.
As always Arcade World UK delivered the items on time and well packaged with their signature stickers.
If I could mark this product out of 10 I'd give it 9 because of the wobble issue. This is fixed on their new silent JLF gates (the blue ones).
I wish arcade world uk stocked them but it appears sanwa doesn't sell its blue gates separate.

Great standard to the sanwa jlf however I they should modernise it to a one piece solid gate as the 4 / 8 way changeable option feels wobbly after heavy use
