High-Performance Arcade Pushbuttons with integral miniature gold-plated leaf switches.
The pink gold leaf buttons are being discontinued. We still have brand new stock which can be ordered here: Pink Gold Leaf Concave Arcade Button - New Condition - End Of Line Colour
No tarnishing nor degradation results in no deterioration in response. The contact leaves and the external connections are fully gold plated.
Leaf switch means no clicking micro-switch.
No Plunger Spring.
The body of the button contains no large spring, resulting in a uniquely low actuation force of 45 grams for the entire button.
This is the difference in button depression for the contact close and open points. On these buttons the position is the same, resulting in maximum repeated actuation performance. On micro-switch buttons this "dead" distance can be up to 1.5 mm.
Most serious gamers prefer the classic concave tops over the convex which are commonly used on Japanese low-inertia buttons.
The limit stop of the button is supported by the button body, not the switch, so no chance of switch damage owing to over-enthusiastic play!
Compact integral design.
No fiddly assembly after fitting through the panel. Totally enclosed leaf-switch contacts.
Despite their performance, these are similar in price to standard arcade buttons and the price is all-inclusive, nothing extra to pay for add-on switch options.
Nut & Thread Fixing.
We have retained the traditional threaded fixing rather than the push-in design of certain other low-inertia buttons, as we believe this gives the most effective permanent mounting in all types of panel up to 19mm (3/4 in). This button will fit securely in a 28mm mounting hole.
These pushbuttons have 2.8mm connector tags.
For I-PAC hand-wired connections, you will need to use wires with 2.8mm crimps.
For Mini-PAC pre-made harnesses, select the 4.8mm types, these fit satisfactorily.
Great old school arcade feel
Wanted to get myself some clicky concave buttons, ended up getting these ones, which aren't clicky. Fell in love with them from the get go. Also since it was my first modding experience (Madcatz SF4 Fightstick) I wasn't sure if they'd fit without any issues height wise and diameter wise (they did) and how to fix them in place since I've only seen snap-in buttons before. It was very easy install them since they have a nut and bolt sort of system - put the bolt (button shaft) into the hole and screw the nut (ring) from the other end to fix it in place.
Gold leaf buttons
Love these buttons. They are fast and responsive and quiet.
I love these for proper arcade feel, much better than microswitched buttons.
Ive been wanting buttons for a long time that looks like the once in the arcade growing up. These buttons are longer then your normal Sanwa, Hayabusa etc.
I took a gamble that they would fit in atleast one of my sticks.
Hori Rap 4 was the only one out of 3 where they fot.
Im very happy about them and thinking of buying more down the road.
My favourite buttons.
Great value buttons. Proper arcade look and feel. Very solid feel but sometimes needs some lubrication if they get a bit squeaky.
Great feel and so quiet just what I wanted
Gold Leaf Concave Arcade Button
Excellent leaf switch style buttons.
Used in a virtual pinball cabinet for flipper and magnasave buttons.
Highly responsive, non clicky buttons.
Would also work well in an arcade cabinet setup.
Silent! And super fast!
I can't stand the click of microswitches on buttons. It doesn't feel right on an arcade panel. If you feel the same get some of these. They are great value as you don't need to buy a separate microswitch and the feel is just superb. Tried Track and Field with these and it is soooo much easier to hammer these quickly.
One of the best cheap upgrades
Upgraded from cheap microswitch buttons to this. Using vpx and the first 3 tables I tried after upgrading I easily broke into the top 5 scores. Amazing that a button can make such a difference!
